Yeah for sure, start meditating as well learn to accept your feelings instead of fighting them, game changer..

Day-3 Another normal one; sexting with GF may have made me do something I would have regret but I controlled.. Time to not use that either, else I may get too excited for my own good.
The challenge continues! 11 more days to go to win this one.
I had some urges today. I'm just so burned out from this semester. I just need to make it through one more week and then it's summer. Not that having more free-time will make the problem go away -- I just need some time to mentally reset.
Yesterday should have been day 1, but I got a bit mixed up. I've started listening to a podcast called PornFree Radio, which is hosted by a former porn addict. He tells stories about his battle with pornography (he is now four years clean, according to episode four) and gives strategies for overcoming the porn addiction. I'm making listening to the podcast a daily routine, so I am hearing in my head the strategies he is discussing. Stay strong everybody!
