    Hell yeahhhh!! It's 20 days without PMO. Thank God, I am so happy of this achievement. I had gone through a lot within these 20 days. Depression, Anxiety, Uncommon ED and ofcourse urges too. But at the end I am glad I never ended up again on PMO for my temporary feelings. I have to continue this journey as long as possible. I have to make sure I shouldn't end up on 0 again. Motivations please.
