[21-CHALLENGE] THE TWENTY ONE DAYS CHALLENGE !

I crashed hard yesterday. No I am not free of my latest relapse. but i am starting afresh. again.

 

Day 2/21. Last night was though. I had some triggering memories/emotions.

I managed to overcome it... however, suddenly the 21 days pledge seems like an enormous amount of time.

Day 7 and avoiding triggers.

Not doing well. lack of self control. 1/21 again. sigh.

Day 2 began with an hour of prayer. that is always a good sign. Mind you I am getting tired and may go for a nap!

 

Day 15/21 check in

 

Relapsed yesterday. Too much stress, which is a trigger.

So, managed to get to day 3/21, yesterday was 0/21. Today is 1/21.
