I'm 21 Years old and I'm addicted to porn.
After I realized that Masturbation cause a damage to my short term Memory, I immeaditely stopped masturbating.
That was yesterday.
I started masturbating when I was 14 years old and did it at the beginning like 5-6 Times a week.
The older I got the more I wanted that Great Feeling.
Last week I masturbated at least 30-36 Times a week.
It became such an Obsession that I eben masturbated in every possible Moment.
I masturbated at Home, in der the School, public Toilets, at Work.
Every fucking Moment I used to masturbate.
But I dont have Problems with women or with an errection on Real women.
I fucked now like 15 woman Since I'm sixteen.

Any Suggestions?
And Do you think that my Damage on my short term memory can be reversed?
Like with nofap with Capsules or something?
Positive thing is that I got a Photograpic long term memory that didnt got damaged.

The worst thing about that additcion is that my Life is great. I got a job that people mostly reach then they are in their 30's. I got a lovely Family, lovely Friends.
I am optimistisc, funny and confident.
This is the only thing I hate on myself.
And I will change it.
