I relapsed.I am again at day zero.I am starting again.
I checked arousing trolls.It made me to relapse.But I am not gonna given up.
Okay lets go ...day 0!!!!

But no meditation, no workout
Relied on willpower only bad strategy
Just starting smaller challenges to get me through the last days 90 day challenge
1 Day challenge done. unto 3 days
Keep going guys. Check in day 15. Completed 14 days challenge. Now on 30 days challenge. No pain no gain
Relapsed. Starting again. Day 0.

Hard day but resisted strong
Did 30 minutes meditation
Plus breathing exercises
And about to proceed to workout

Failed again. Starting with a new resolve. I will win this time.
