[3-CHALLENGE] THE THREE DAYS CHALLENGE !

I went out shopping for a bit with my Mum. Missed out on working out and meditating because I was so busy with work today.

I had a couple of reoccurring urges but I was able to mostly just sit with them but occasionally relied on distractions like music to help.

Checking in. Made a new friend today through a mutual friend, we seem to really get along well so I'm hoping I can hang out with her again.

I couldn't post yesterday because our internet died and only just came back on today.

I've been working all day but I found time go out on a walk with my Mum and I made friends with a cat during that walk, he was just following me the whole way down a street and he ended up sitting on my lap for a bit. Hopefully I can see him again because he was v v v cute and friendly
