Day 2 of 3. I might finally be getting past my automated reflex to jump to my favorite website diversions when I want to get away from my work tasks.

I can so relate to that. I also use it to kill stress, but now I realise Im swapping stress for anxiety, lol
2/3 One day at a time
Let's start small,
I'm pleased that I got 3 days. I'll move to the 7 day challenge next.
Day 2/3. This time I’m gonna make it to the 7 day challenge without a doubt.
