Edit: Apparently, looking at my tracker I'm day 22 underway. Must have missed posting a day someday, as I'm delayed by 1.
Day 1- I did my new morning routine in an hour (go outside, meditate, cold shower 3 min.) so I will work on doing it faster. Its in the morning so I haven't had any struggle or anything. EDIT- I failed today, pmo. its like i stop thinking. I need to get the ball rolling again
Day 2. Immersed myself in academics. I am slowly building a habit of reading, and I downloaded a lot of books for that purpose. Restricted youtube and facebook in my browser to 1 hour (coz internet addiction is closely related to pmo addiction). I already meditate everyday morning. From today, made a commitment to wake up at 6 without hitting the snooze and read some good books. So, I am all in and really optimistic this time!!!
0/30 had a relapse today. I was feeling depressed by family and love related problems. I hate that I use PMO to escape instead of standing up.
