[30-CHALLENGE] THE THIRTY DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 2, usually I wake up ready to go, but I’m up now with no urges. Thank God.

Day 4

Another mundane day PMO-wise, which is good, I guess. I wish every day was that easy, but like an AP buddy of mine said to me, if we really want to, we can make every day easy. Hang on everyone, it's worth it!!

Hello guys, I've started week 2, which is awesome.

I don't have any urges now, and I didn't yesterday. I'm really focusing on trying to eat better. One thing I recognized about NoFap is that if you're not using your time constructively, than you might just fall into other bad habits like overeating, oversleeping, laziness, and a big one for me procrastination.

Even having made 104 days, I still isolate myself, but that's because PMO isn't the root cause of all my problems, but rather a distraction from discovering the root cause of the issues I want to resolve in my life.

Anyways, that's all I really wanna say, cause I like to write my posts quickly. Have a good day everyone.

 

19/30 weekend is gone...always the hardest time of the week...

 

Day 18 done! I had a very good sunday, spending some time with great people.

 

Day 4 is completed, 5 is in progress.

 

Day 24/30 days! 6 more days left!!!!!
Total: 66 days! Tomorrow 67 days!

Update:

Urges totally gone after church. Just happy.

My update; was at church till late in the evenings and also went for confession. when i got home in the evenings ate , watched soccer with friends and celebrated a friends birthday, at night i was working on my school work.

 

stay strong bro, you can make it, be brave, your freedom is at steak.
