day 20....i noticed myself indulge when it come to accidental appearance of hot girls pics or sex topics when i am online...need to be strict and avoid stimulating myself....but the journey is great and i am glad that i went this far and i am excited for the next days....stay clean
Day 16 Had a really productive day today, but more importantly, I've been experiencing deep feelings of Love and gratitude, just appreciating health and energy again, going through the motions but in a new, illuminated way. Is this due to NoFap, the lack of PMO? Or is the outlook key to changing old habits and threading new paths? I don't need to overanalyze. I simply give thanks. Blessings to All!
