Oh wow man, congratulations!! I am very glad you made it and proud to be here on the forums with people like you, sharing this journey. How good you must feel! This motivates me so much to hit the 30-day mark P free. Indeed, in our core we are all the same, so if others can do it, anyone can do it. Belief is indeed the key! Day 12/30 Today was a great milestone for my recovery. I started therapy, initially, it will be focused on me only but gradually it will turn into a couple counseling. I’m looking forward to seeing all the progress in my life and my wife’s life.
Day 25 completed ... Was an easy one ... had a nice day ... found out that girls are somehow more attracted to me ...
Day 0/30. Relapsed after 11 days but going to try again. This time more focus and need to keep myself more busy. Good luck everyone.
Hey guys! Days 21 and 22 have been completed. Day 23 in progress. For Thanksgiving I have a date with girl whom I like. Amazing progress. Will keep you updated. Stay strong, it is worth it!
Day 20 Happy Thanksgiving! I’m not gonna act like an expert, or know it all because I’m at 20 days. But I noticed unfortunately a lot of you guys are rebooting, and you all keep saying “I just gotta keep busy”. I think that’s your problem right there. NoFap is not about being busy enough that you don’t have time to fap, it’s a mental and willpower thing. If being busy is the only reason you guys don’t fap, you will all fail. Because eventually we all have some downtime. Get your soul ( the mind, emotion, and will.) In agreement with each other and you’ll see how easy NoFap is.
