Day 14/30. There is an urge. I feel lazy and seem to have been playing games to get dopamine instead? I don't feel a sense of an accomplishment ....
 
day 8. Busy with running some new businesses. Starting to feel that the key to defeating this is through focused actions that are healthy.
 
Get a notebook and write down a list of things you should have accomplished before the day is over and just mark each thing off as the day goes. Chill in between these tasks if you want but when the day is over these things have to be accomplished. Start small and increase the tasks or the length of certain disciplines the better you get at it. This works for me at least. Gives me a sense of accomplishment when the day is over. I sleep well :)
I've been doing this and have been getting way more done
 
day 9...not everyday will be perfect. But keep remembering your purpose of starting. There is so much more that will come out of patience and dedication
 
Day 2. No urges, no real anxiety like other days past two weeks. My eye floaters keep being very distracting though like always.
