Day 3 of Nofap:
I admit i did some "exploring" but i did not masturbate at all or stroke my man-sausage even once, still perfectly fine. I learned that Humping your pillows don't work. Better to watch some motivational videos. Just workout, do some cardio, play games with friends, and keep your mind off anything related to serious bedtime action.
day 6. Let that life force energy flow through you. Let it engulf you, then use it to accomplish what you were set out here to do. Don't continue to waste your time in gossip or passive activities that take you away from reality. Accept what everything is and move forward.
Day 14,15,16. Finally back from traveling.
Withdrawals definitely setting in. Decided to take a fast from social media. The triggers are too frequent on there.
30 days done! Challenge completed! Moving up to next challenge! 60 days here I go!
