Day 8 feeling good, woken up at 3am stayed in Melbourne at family’s last night and driving 2 hours to make it to my training session this morning at 5:15am made it here at 4:50am starting of my day good. Today I’m feeling a little horny, but got a busy day ahead of me.
Day 7 and relapsed !!!
I had a headache today. Day was going good but, I relapsed with M today.
Day 0/30. Relapsed, very disappointed in myself, but I will keep going and try harder this time. I can do this!

0/30.... jumping to this challenge from having completed 21 days. I want to do 30 days of no Orgasm, go full mode!
I had this same question: I ended up making my mind that they are part of the progress. I did notice on the second time it happend I felt tire that day, I kinda felt the same way I felt as I did when I PMO... but it is a natural response to abstinence and you should not give much importance to them. in the end, I actually like them and wont lie, I wont mind it happening again.
Day 11/30 I had the weirdest day yesterday, my brain was reminding me of all the times I had M and a little P wouldn’t hurt but good thing I was very busy and the thoughts were pushed aside.
I relapsed but I will not give up fighting this horrible habit
Day 1. Trying again! For me, the strongest urges come between days 13-16. Once I pass the 20 day mark, I hope things get easier. Do they?
Been offline for a while but managed to keep going. Thursday was 1, Friday was 2 , saturday was 3 and sunday was 4/30. Will try to update every day so as to help me stay on track. It get's really hard when i don't account.
