Brothers and Sisters. I made it. 30 days. Thank you so much for your support. Some days were very very difficult.
Eat right. Don't eat too heavy. Stay off the sugar as much as you can. Exercise every day. Don't have a lot of down time between getting in bed and going to sleep. STAY CONNECTED TO OTHER PEOPLE. Do not think that other people in your life don't want to hear from you or support you Stay connected. Don't isolate. Share your journey. Hang out with others who have self control and high self-esteem. Try a 3-day or 5-day challenge first...Reward yourself at various points along the way and have a BIG, REAL reward at the end. Go into some of the other forums and read other people's advice. The Hindu Fapstronauts forum has a ton of very interesting and practical tools spoken about developed by Hindu monks.
I'm onto my next challenge.

Didn’t have time to check but yesterday was day 16 and today is day 17.I’m home for the weekend,will try to go to the gym as well today.
