I relapsed last night after 16 days. Feeling really bad right now Going to start again. On a positive note, 16 days was a good improvement on what I had been doing before coming to this challenge. I was halfway there; will go all the way this time. Day 1.
Day 1. Without P: day 2. I must change my habits and stop gaming so much, recently I've returned to excessive gaming. I had been doing a lot of things before quarantine, but I've been so unmotivated and undisciplined. I have to change that.
