    Day 4 checking in~ last time, i relapsed because i had cellphone near by. So this time I decided not to have cellular phone in my room at all when im going to sleep. I think its def helpful so far.

    Hahaha thanks guys, I'll have these stuck in my head all day... o_O Chariots of Fire is actually one of the many movies I've downloaded recently. @Dolittle, I use movies/TV shows as a reward.. (non-triggering, of course)

    I noticed from the table that you are all near the 30 day mark. That is so great.

    Just to share with you that when I reached 30 days for the first time I gave up because I was so happy with the achievement and thought I had gone far enough. That is a total lie and please don't fall for it. This time the 30-40 day period felt like very new territory and I felt unsteady for a while. But it became normal again once I got past 40. I encourage you guys to stick together. Wishing you all the best.

  9. Checking in and doing well so far. This weekend was full of affection. I met some really nice persons and had a wonderful sexual encounter, wich gave me a bootst of confidence and energy (details would be inappropriate here). That's why I decided to change my goal to 90 days no-PM - whichw as m original goal, when I started this challenege.

    Starting the challenge today (PMO). Managed nearly a month about 6 month ago but relapsed. I am now trying with the help of this forum. I am soon becoming a father and I frankly feel ashamed of using so much porn. I waste so much time on the stuff. I have a great life (wife, family, friends, work...) - but it could be so much better without porn! I am so short tempered, inattentive when I have a 'porn day'. I do it mostly out of boredom and I don't think I have a deep insight in how much porn changes me. I really felt amazing when I last abstained and would like to rekindle with the feeling. Also frankly I don't have a lot of secrets with my wife and would like to feel I can be more honest with her. Wish me luck!

    YES! Even though a month has almost passed, I keep saying to myself all the time.. 'It's 2019!' Such a good year dude. This is such a good year.

    Stick with us. You'll go places! Don't give up, no matter how many times you relapse, and check in every day here. We are a solid group. It may be a while before you can get a spot on the leaderboard, but you can still join us in the postings, which is the more important thing.
