DAY 2/365: Another pmo free day in the making ! Busy day @work probably, tomorrow i'm home ! Stay strong !
Day 19 and I really want to have sex. Not so much urges for porn and masturbation is not satisfying. I do want to wait till I am more rebooted before I start looking for a girlfriend.
Day 0 again. Argh! I am now so tired with this fight. How long?? Surrendering seems like the better option at the moment. Let me focus on getting 3 days clean first.
"This is what I usually did: two hours just watching porn and then go to the bathroom and cannot last for one minute. I'm asking myself(and I'm asking you too)" that was happening for me too.
55 Days habit is when your body is the mind. Ninety-five percent of who you are by the time you’re 35 years old is a set of memorized behaviors, skills, emotional reactions, beliefs, perceptions, and attitudes that functions like a Joe Dispenza, You Are the Placebo: Making Your Mind Matter So if you want to change a belief or perception, you have to first change your state of being. And changing your state of being means changing your energy, because in order for you to affect matter, you have to become more energy and less matter, more wave and less particle. That requires you to combine a clear intention and an elevated emotion—those are the two ingredients. As Joe Dispenza, You Are the Placebo: Making Your Mind Matter The word epigenetics literally means “above the gene.” It refers to the control of genes not from within the DNA itself but from messages coming from outside the cell—in other words, from the environment. These signals cause a methyl group (one carbon atom attached to three hydrogen atoms) to attach to a specific spot on a gene, and this process (called DNA methylation) is one of the main processes that turns the gene off or on. (Two other processes, covalent histone modification and noncoding RNA, also turn genes on and off, Joe Dispenza, You Are the Placebo: Making Your Mind Matter You must become conscious of the unconscious behaviors you’ve been choosing to demonstrate that have led to the same experiences, and then you must make new choices, take new actions, and create new experiences. Joe Dispenza, You Are the Placebo: Making Your Mind Matter Are we more likely to suffer from arthritis, stiff joints, poor memory, flagging energy, and decreased sex drive as we age, simply because that’s the version of the truth that ads, commercials, television shows, and media reports bombard us with? What other self-fulfilling prophecies are we creating in our minds without being aware of what we’re doing? And what “inevitable truths” can we successfully reverse simply through thinking new thoughts and choosing new beliefs? The Joe Dispenza, You Are the Placebo: Making Your Mind Matter So if you understand this model, then you should agree with me that your new thoughts should lead to new choices. New choices should lead to new behaviors. New behaviors should lead to new experiences. New experiences should create new emotions, and new emotions and feelings should inspire you to think in new ways. That’s called “evolution.” And your personal reality and your biology—your brain circuitry, your internal chemistry, your genetic expression, and ultimately your health—should change as a result of this new personality, this new state of being. And it all seems to start with a thought. A Joe Dispenza, You Are the Placebo: Making Your Mind Matter This proved that by taking the placebos, the patients had been creating their own endorphins—their own natural pain relievers. It was a milestone in placebo research, because it meant that the relief the study subjects experienced wasn’t all in their minds; it was in their minds and their bodies—in their state of being. If Joe Dispenza, You Are the placibo
Nice to hear from you as well. The last time we started a streak together you had the longest one of your life
Day 1/365 Pfew. This was a tough first day. I knew I was going to be alone at home for some time today, and throughout the last 2 hours before getting home I felt like I had and wanted to "P"MO when getting home, but knew I shouldn't. It was really tough, but luckily my mother left later than I had expected, so I could start having lunch instead. I stayed in bed, and though the urges were sometimes quite strong, I stayed there and stayed entirely clean. For those who have issues (like me) with a strongly increased urge when they have to go to the toilet, I recommend to go outside of the house or when others are home as much as possible. This way you are less likely to reset. Helped me today! Good luck to everyone else out there!
Day 16/365 (current challenge streak progress Nov 10,11,12,13-16) Still going strong. After 116 days of no PM, it seems my brain is rebooted and it doesn't always look for sex thing. Happy dance! Keep up the good work! May God bless!
Day 15/365 Shit happens sometimes.. This is what happened today.... I had a wet dream .. However i dont count it as relapse...coz i didnt do it subconsciously. . After that shit.. I was feeling low for most of the time.. Its like a part of me is lost ... Struggle to focus on work. . Guys , is it normal to have 2 wet dream in 15 days..? Or it is not? Cause i m not even thinking about porn stuff .. I even stopped noticing some se*y butts around me . . I wanna get my mind back to its factory settings.... I m still determined to make my own way through this hard way... And support of guys and the information you guys share really helped me to get strong otherwise it was harder for me to stay away from P even for a week.
Technocracy. It is happening. Actually I don't know. I think tech is mainly bad but I don't deny there are pros to be argued regarding the continuing advancement of it. What I find really bad is tech as it relates to the porn industry. That is just evil. Truly I don't know how that industry exists as it does with as much funding as it has. A great evil kingdom against humanity it is. Worldwide kingdom.
