    Thanks god I saw this clip. This clip contain the stuff I've been looking for since when I was 15.
    I don't know why the people around me did not tell me this essential knowledge about the effects of semen retention or about putting our body in the right direction.

    I just wanted the words from these people, I needed it, people like Jobs,The boxer Mohammed , Tesla, Freud, ...I just needed their word .
    Doubt became belief and one of my value or essential rule in my life.
    I decided to not get married and just work on myself then pick one for reproduction ,then finish it, not for pleasure. Like Galileo , Musk, ...

    Great book, really helped me out too. If you feel up for a few others after Switch:How To Change Things When Change Is Hard by the Heath brothers is really well written and helped me out a lot as well as The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck by Mark Manson.

    Was really tested last night, but made it out still clean. Trying to learn better focus, but happy with my ability to accept the urges and thoughts as they come, because otherwise I don't think I would have made it last night.

    Had some strong urges today, but I managed to suppress them. So far I've survived this weekend, one more day to go! This is really the only negative part of the weekend, more opportunities to slip, for the rest it is perfect in every way. :p Keep going everyone! :)
