Thank You Lord for enabling me to finish 23 days. Glory be to You Jesus.
Thanks! It has been a long while since I was in double-digit territory!
Thanks for sharing your own experience. I also hope to build my faith and become an actual practicing Christian. Your example is encouraging.
What a testing period between yesterday and this morning. Looking back, my anxiety has been heightened since I have a programming project due next Wednesday as part of an assignment for class and I am still behind schedule. I need to somehow deal with this anxiety and not engage in escaping tactics such procrastination or PMO.

Day 1 almost passed.
Reward is actually good to enforce good behaviour, like after a good day of studying i usually end up with rewarding myself with sweet candy. So to sum it up there are different kind of rewards that you can give yourself to enforce good behaviour, like if you manage something you can go watch a movie in the cinema etc.
The days i have my daughter im so busy and worn out at t he end of the day and so i often forget to post, like yesterday. I kind of jumped on her a bit for something she innocently said and am carrying some guilt for that now. As some of you know its not always easy doing right by your kid. Anyway im checking in for today. One day at a time.

A tough night yesterday with urges. Anxiety is the fuel! I need to find a way to lessen it.
