Day 10 Staying strong. I’ve been questioning myself about benefits of NoFAP, and was wondering if that’s even useful. But, I found recently that lot of people are doing NoFAP in my industry , and it’s definitely helping them. Even more, people say it’s better to do Do NoFAP and fail then, just not trying.
Day 16. Struggled yesterday with being tempted to watch porn to relax, only went into watching movie trailers.
