[60-CHALLENGE] THE SIXTY DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 6. It's tough right now, yesterday I ran into my ex, who I am still not over, so that causes a lot of pain in me. I have a hard time dealing with this, and my habitual go to is PMO. But I don't want it to be that, so instead I decided to just feel the pain and not let it control me, and I'm managing, but it's difficult and very uncomfortable.

15/60, quarter of the way! Still feeling good, last weekend was my last urge & that was after a really hard weekend of issues in mine and GF relationship. This weeks still been a tough week but no urges!

Today from morning till late in the evenings, I was at school preparing for the open day concert . When I got back home I cut Hair. Now just about to watch some documentary on youtube, then go to bed.

Managed to get through yesterday, relatively easy in the end. I had a lot of social contact yesterday which is always good distraction, and I actually managed to go up to a girl I didn't know and talk to her, which was a pretty big step for me. So even though the day started out tough, it ended up being a pretty good day
Now is day 7 of this challenge!
