Well, starting with this challenge. I just finished the 30-day challenge (today is my 31st) and now will give a shot at this one, hopefully will hit 90 days at the end.

 

Ready for the challenged, coming back from a relapse, just repented and I’m gonna come back stronger than ever.

 

21/60. Already 3 weeks!

 

Day 24 completed ... Had urges previous day ... Found out that I have gained quite a control ... Certainly I am having a feeling of finding a girlfriend ... Awesome road ahead ...

 

38/60. Oh boy I was about to fap few mins ago. No urges or anything! Just to beat boredom I was about to Fap! That’s mighty crazy! Then I remembered my 60 day challenge. Here I m friends. Thanks for being there and making me feel accountable.

Day 3 completed! Happy new year everyone! I've noticed that a lot of the benefits of nofap have remained despite my relapse which I'm really happy about. It makes it a lot easier to continue on knowing that I'm not back at square one
