2/7 finished! I thoughr it would be tough, but other than some sidethoughts, i just had to distract my mind. Stay strong everyone!! It’s gonna be a real confidence boost!

i had strong urges today.. slightly touching automatically, but controlled and no PMO. it's dangerous leaving yourself unshielded though, controlling can't be always succesfull when playing with fire..

***btw, small personal goal happened today, it's my first 10th day no PMO. Double digit finally
