Sorry to report I failed had a friggin mental breakdown and feel like I am going through a midlife crisis with multiple addictions making it a literally severe crisis yet no doctor can fix me as the years and experiences have revealed to me.

I feel inspired by a conscious book on addictions right now at least and got back into taking better care of my health in mind and body today through various means.

Despite the binge not sizzling out until first thing this morning it was a good day ran into an old buddy's cousin riding on a bike path wait oops not my rebooting log cya

way to go!

4/7.. somehow made it through yesterday, helped to get out for a few hours.

Completed Day 5/7 yesterday, but back to Day 0 Saturday today.
