[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

I forgot to post yesterday, but I’m on Day 3/7.

 

I'm in for day 1 today. I remember these small challenges worked for me in the past, but here we go.

 

I'm in on this! I have already started a nofap streak, but it will help to create a mental "fresh slate" by having myself return to 0 for the challenge.
If I can make it 7 days, I can make it 7 more days. So please have me here, and I will see you as a transformed person in a week!

 

2nd day. Today I visited my family again. Did a small digital fast for some hours and listened to good, uplifting instrumental music on my ipod instead. I am not where I want to be yet. But today I'm noticing myself smiling again, which is good I guess. I would be so happy to go 7 days again.

500+ days of no PMO? That’s impressive! How does it feel to be free from PMO that long?

 

Day 2, work was canceled today and yesterday, so I've had a bad amount of idle time on my hands. There was no lack of things to do, but being in the house made my urges come up and it was difficult to do what I needed.

Day 3.
Today I was not feeling good at all. But in the evening I started to feel better in terms of mood, altough I still feel unusually tired since starting this streak. But I'm noticing small positive changes in energy now. I find I'm starting to look better as the days go aswell. I know I will feel so much better in a couple days.

I may not have been posting but I’ve been mostly disinterested in porn. I think I can last at least another week.

 

Resetting. My gf just left, I won't see her at least for a month or so. No PMO until then. Day 0/7.

 

Day 3. Having very strong negative emotions, feeling pain inside my heart, Earlier I thought that the PMO is a good way to relieve the tension. But after I tried it, everytime after that, I felt horrible. New life without PMO is feeling like trying to go through the storm. Such strong resistance.

 

I succeeded, I made it well over 7 days.
Unfortunately I relapsed. But still I will go on to the next challenge. I want to beat my last streak.

No, unfortunately that's not my counter bro.
Altough I do feel like this year I will be finally successful in Nofap again and reach one, two hundreds of days again like I did years ago. Good luck!
