Hellooo 7 day people!
Just finished the 3 day challenge, and feeling really good about life in general!
So here I am for the next level. In the spirit of the challenge I am going to count from the start , rather than continuing, because otherwise I feel like I would be kind of cheating. (Well, almost. Starting from when the 3 days finished, because it is easier to keep track )

Right then. I am on day 0 with 12 hours to go. Let's do this everyone!

(Edit - Ah, I really should have read a bit further up before posting! I can start from right now, that is cool. I will be out in the evening of the 7th day treating myself again anyway, so it will be the morning before I am back on here )

whenever there is a "thought" i just shout inside my head NO! Try that too

 

Day 2, killin it, very receptive to go straight to thinking NOFAP whenever any thought occurs far before it ever becomes an urge.
