I always struggle when I have nothing to do. I did my work for the day and now don't know what's next. That has been the problem recently, maybe filling that time up with some task will put my thoughts off anything naughty. Doing great and proud of myself.

Great work, from my own experience, I recommend planning ahead, especially for day where you're likely to be alone or stressed, those are my main triggers.
