Do yourself a favor if you're on this journey--get off Instagram, Reddit, and anything else that could trigger a relapse. I had been scrolling through all that stuff for days and it finally caught up to me
Day 2, nearly 3 done...
And day 1 again
Urges were crazily strong yesterday but still in it.
I continue the challenge on 14-days tread
Day 6. I'm feeling pretty frustrated to be home right now and it's definitely getting to me with PMO. I need to move out so badly but my roommate won't be ready for a few months. Trying not to let it get to me today...

It's a lot harder than I thought. Startin 14 days now and might start a journal.
But first I think I'll wear myself out by running 5 km. Pfffg

I always relapse on day 3
Most of yesterday went OK but urges went crazy in the evening. Hit them with a cold shower and still in the challenge.
