Day 12! Feels like an eternity since I've started.

 

i'm in. as i am on day 9 on nofap but would count it as day 0.... challenge starts now

 

good choice....reading books will certainly expedite the process of getting your brain rid of pornographic cloud...a pornographic brain is saturated with porn; in order to de-saturate it, saturate it with knowledge which will have it's added benefits

 

Day 8:
Had some urges but controlled them and moved on.There is a long way to go but i am patient

 

Day 10, the urges are pretty strongs these days but I won't give up!

 

2/90...daily walks to and from work helping clear out the mind and get in touch with nature.
