[90-CHALLENGE] THE NINETY DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 19 today. I can tell that some old temptations are starting to pop up. Old triggers and such. Posting here every day reminds me of why I'm doing this.

 

Day 37. I can , and i will reach 90.

If you have to ask about it then yes, you relapsed.
And while it is not actual PM, it is just an excuse to relapse. Its the same as everybody relapses, finding a convincing reason that we can do this or that so we can get our dopamine fix. You are not having sex with a person you love, you are paying them, so they are just substitutes for your addiction.
Let your body heal. Do the 90 days hardmode.

Days 13 and 14/90 done. Today was really hard though, almost breaking

Today was easy because i was out all day.. i think the week days will be quiet easy with work/shool/friends/sports, i just got to give 100% all day so im never get to the point of boredom , where i will easily relapse

 

Thanks for the advice, will be using my old alarm glock now , and put my phone in another romm

Day 61/90. The crazy amount of urges and flashbacks tell me to keep going because this is obviously a sign of my body in withdrawal, begging for the fix I refuse to give it. Still fighting.
