[90-CHALLENGE] THE NINETY DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 21. Trying to maintain today. Been tired lately and I can feel small slips in my mind and where I'm looking. Trying to stay vigilant though. No excuses. The end goal is worth far more than temporary pleasure followed by immense guilt.

Tough day; I felt strong urges and anxious but found a way to distract myself and pulled through. Day 6 complete!

I think I need to switch gyms lol. There is a 10 there and she may eventually lead me to a relapse. When I see her feel like leaving. :/

 

Haven't checked in in a while, but haven't gone back and not going back. Day 74 and going to get to 90

I made it, this was a great start to my nofap journey and I'm very grateful to the community for your stories of persistence. 90 days is a wonderful start to this journey, but I feel I can do more so it's off to the 180 day challenge. My 90 day story will follow soon.

Day 44. A lot of mixed emotions at this point. Happy I am doing well, afraid I might fail and sad that I spent so long doing what I did and hurting my family. I just have to keep taking one day at a time.
