Day 35/90 completed (L1)
Resumed workout today. Feels good. And more powerful. Stay strong everyone, all the best.
Slept in again so failed the goal of getting up early a couple days in again... I'll try again.
Again, I share these videos because they are helpful to me. I watch 1 or 2 things like that each morning.
I know a lot of them repeat ideas and words and may sound cliche, but what I am essentially doing is brainwashing myself in a positive direction with repetition. It can be used for both bad things as you noticed with porn repitition but also you can turn this around and use it for chaning your life in a positive direction )) Just explaining my reasoning behind watching and posting these videos every day )) You can watch them too if you find them helpful in any way

That is the cold, hard truth. We should all be very proud of ourselves for being on this forum and continuing to try. Trying to break an addiction is probably one of the most brave and difficult things any person can do. Let's keep going, brothers and sisters.
Day 5 m totally depressed and upset about things happening around how much i try to change i feel annoyed upset not able to handle things
Day 2! Getting some urges here and there but thankfully I was able to move my mind quickly from it. I feel a lot better after managing that.
