    Day 9

My eyes are not red, glossy or lifeless anymore. That sparkle of life is coming back.

I've been reading a lot online, watched nofap videos and redpill videos. Mostly men are doing NF but very few women are doing it in comparison!?
I must say that I'm happy for those women that do. The results I've seen are very positive. I've seen some depressing statistics/research results on how modern women for the first time in history watch more Porn online than men do. But it came from a site that I don't want to mention, so I wouldn't trust their statistics. But if that is true, there are way more addicts that are women out there than men. Or it's sure to say that at least a large portion of women are addicted. How sad. In many countries women outnumber men. "Russian Federation has 10.6 mn more females than males, followed by Brazil (3.79 mn), the United States of America (3.46 mn)". Damn, if that's true then there are a lot of left over women.

Just think of how different the world would be if more people became aware of NF? You never learn this in school (But what did I "learn" anyway?). Good relationships will lead to a better, a healthier and a happier world. People would wake up an see what's more important in life. Right? ... They wouldn't have all the unnecessary anxiety or insecurities as a result of PMO. Who knows, maybe the knowledge of NF will heal the world some day.

I will spend the rest of this night writing down my NF plan. A plan that will work for as long as possible. It must be watertight.
Part of that plan is to not stay up too late.. but to create this plan piece by piece.

I feel great ! little horny but what can you do lol.
do you think that we are doing ourselves reverse psychology?
Such as raised confidence, we blame it on porn and there for whan we stoped for a while we believe that our confidence is raising?

@Idf1998 from my own experience the danger is that when you reach your goal the temptation is to get complacent and slip back into old habits and be back where you started except 3 or 4 months down the line. I made that mistake twice.

Day 21 - three weeks :) The change of heart matters more than the number...but the number helps prove the change of heart. Hoping, planning, believing I will reach 90 days this time around. And I still won't stop the streak, then!

    You all right,
It may be that the challenge really beggings after the 90 or 120 days and so on.
Its good and bad to count the days but i decided since my last slip to count the days since i started the the fight .
    Lets say in short:
Every passing day is a victory for us!!!
