I noticed some of us relapse on weekends. I plan to fix the loophole in my boundary and follow evening routine to prevent another relapse.
Evening routines are the backbone of my recovery plan, relapsing at night so much easier than during the day!
On a 1 week trip with my friend. there were no tough moments.. never had strong cravings. moving out of home during the start was very helpful.
Day 65/90. Bought a couple of new books I’m going to try and read for this. First is Trauma Induced Sexual Addiction and Recovery by Russel Brand
