Relapsed on day 9.
DAY 0/ 90:
After trying to find my way to "real life" again for about a month involving (deliberate) m and o, and after realising i still will need to be on NoFap for some time, i decided to do a "clean" hard reboot again
for the reasons explained in my journal today.
My main goal is to silence the desire for pmo even further, and to make very sure that i deeply understand the difference between "abstaining from pmo" and "recovery from pmo".
The first can be done with a lot of willpower alone imo, the second is a far deeper lifetime change "to last" in a way pmo isn't even considered an option anymore.
Only when i will feel like this 100%, i will consider myself as "completely rebooted" !

stopped tracking for awhile but i think i’m around day 50. progress is great, feeling good and was just on instagram and saw a pic of a girl and got a huge woody lol sorry. but best one i’ve had in awhile without watching porn. hopefully by day 90 this is consistent and morning wood comes back
51 its been a while that i had no depression. It kicking in a little bit today
Day 19 completed...71 days days to go...
Acted out yesterday. Nothing new. Still want to know what life would be like without porn. Got about 24 hours but this is day 0.

Day 34 (Season III)
Had a wet-dream today with one of the biggest sperm loads in my life.
It was after 18 Days with no ejaculation at all.
I consider it okay to have wet-dreams, cause it's very hard to control them.
Maybe someone can give me tipps or an opinion about that.
56/90. Another step towards the goal.
Day 34... had wet dream, gotta find out a way to extend the time period for these dreams. Tried meditation and yoga, but my cravings are so deep that it seems to be noneffective. Btw Had 5 wet dreams in these 34 days. If anybody has any sort of solution for it, let me know.
