Was bored yesterday, then took a walk and thought about my life. Made a plan for my life. Am happy for it.

Starting today, I just deleted my porn to avoid temptation.

 

Hello everyone I was doing well until today I felt terribe , I really need help ,any advice please ! I feel al bad . I have been in a good routine for like two months but today I broke that cycle and I feel so bad . I Will do my best to overcome it and I am in .

 

So that's the weekend behind me and the fourth day well under way. Onwards!

Day 1!!

 

Day 1 complete. Worked up the nerve to text a (girl) friend of mine last night and I’m glad I did. We chatted for about an hour and it was fun. Feeling pretty motivated at the moment.

 

Day 2

 

Done with 12/90 as of morning of 7/16. Made it to two digits guys! Looking forward to reaching 2 whole weeks!

 

Day 13. 77 more to go. It gets a little easier each day. As addicts we have to take it just one day at a time.

 

Well here I am back at day 1/90

 

Day 2 of no PMO. Was about to relapse yesterday but then I saw a mouse in my house. Spent the rest of the night hunting and trying to kill the mouse. Wasn't successful in that but at glad I didn't fap. Not a fan of mice, but not a fan of fapping either. What a great distraction ..
