Ahh I need help here

Hey fapstronauts, I'm addicted to porn and I want to stop.

It happened after a break up over a year ago, I've decided it needs to stop. My plan is to replace urges to fap with physical activities like push-ups, sit-ups, chin-ups etc.

I'm getting into a gym routine at the moment too, so I don't think the extra few exercises should be too much of an issue.

Any advice would be welcome!
