    Hello guys,
    I am very happy to find a forum like this one.
    I am 28 year old guy watching porn since From 10 years and masturbating every single day. I need your help to come out of this addiction. I feel no sense in my penis and it doesn’t get hard when I have sex. I am on day6 of NOfap and I don’t see any changes. Am I going to get out of the dead penis feeling and get back the sense in my penis. Note: I get erect and rock hard when I watch porn. Please help me

    Adjusting from any addiction takes time. The body and mind knows how to heal itself. You may feel and not feel all kinds of things.

    The key is to just let the feelings come and let them go. You don't have to act on or force or respond to every feeling. Come to the forum and talk it out. Don't keep the thoughts bottled up.

    Just keep it simple. Your body knows and will do the rest if you let it. Time takes time.
