Anobody Can Recommend Herbal Teas or Supplements That I Can Take To Manage Stress and Anxiety?

    Linden flower, passionflower or valerian.
    L-theanine can be found in green tea
    Before taking any supplements it's good to make sure they won't interact with medications you're taking. For example, hypericum perforatum can interact with antidepressants, don't remember if with something else.
