Hi, I am Ibrahim i have 16 years old ... At first I apologize for having any mistakes in the language ... I do not know English well but I liked to share my story here where I could have some encouragement to continue. My story starts early. Since I've only had 12 years. Everyone was talking about sex relations and such things I didn't know everything yet... I even tried to ask my mother as I used to do in all things, but of course she did not answer me by virtue of our customs and traditions as an Arab people... So I started looking at the search engines with odd words maybe it could lead me to anything and it really led me to some pictures and such a thing and after a while I knew something new in the world of sexual relations until I got to masturbate and pornography since I was 14 years old, and after I felt no confidence in myself, and I was upset about what I was doing, I tried so much to get rid of that habit. I could have tried for days but I was failing quickly .. Until I reached this moment I spoke with a my friends and gave me a strong impulse to stop and here I am trying for almost 10 days.. I don't usually have a week to stop masturbating, so this is a long time for me.... Any reply?!

What I can tell you is that the fact you were noticing self-confidence issues that made you upset is a good start. PMO will undoubtedly sabotage your life and I mean your life as a whole not only the sexual part if you don't commit to stop the PMO right here right now. Start with 90 days no PMO and see where it will lead you. Engage in social life, read interesting books, exercise regularly, have a noble purpose in your life (at your age it could be anything such as volunteering). Let the idea to have a spartan body your objective and be led by intellectual curiosity, discover the beauty of the world, and embrace life challenges instead of avoiding them. Sexual relations will come into your life and they will be great if you stay away from the disease called PMO. I honestly wished a nofap community existed when I was 16 years old. Long time ago

I really appreciate this wonderful talk and those good advice that really helped me and I already made 8% of the 90 day trip and indeed only that small percentage changed my life and I was able to express my talents and practice my hobbies during that period wonderfully... Really thanks for the community NoFap
