I just returned from my trip to Argentina. There is lots of great cold-weather hiking in the south of the country. Glaciers, snow-capped mountains, heavy/warm clothes, that kind of thing. And for a change of pace, the capital of Buenos Aires is quite a place. A very dynamic, modern city, with lots of great public art as well as street art. Argentina is also home to Iguazu Falls, which it shares with Brazil. Apparently the better viewpoint is from the Argentine side. It is one of the most impressive and famous waterfalls in the world.
