At a crossroads and tired of not acting like it

Hello everyone. I’m 24M who began watching porn roughly around age 10. I’ve been addicted for years and it’s picked up in severity the last 6 months. I struggle to go even one day now. As I type this, I feel very little hope and virtually no optimism, but seeing such a focused and intentional community like this is showing me that maybe I shouldn’t live like an island. My longest streak ever (5 months) on monk mode was directly in conjunction with me meeting a strong group of guys who all had the same goal of quitting.

I have a girl I’ll be marrying soon and I want to do this for her, but most importantly, I want to do this for Jesus Christ. I’m tired of being a hypocrite.

There’s a lot more to my story, but I figure I’ll let the truth unfurl overtime via my reboot logs. Once I get my first one in I’ll edit this post to link to that thread as well. God bless you guys and I’m genuinely looking forward to undertaking this journey with brothers once more.
