Multiple triggers makes it extra difficult. Sorry to hear you broke your streak but you have a good outlook and know where you went wrong. Keep holding yourself accountable and find a way to deal with work stress differently. The attractive female is a rogue trigger that we can usually resist on its own. But when we’re already stressed and looking for an escape, our defensive armor is already vulnerable. Keep it to once, move forward and grow stronger because of it. 30 days is something to be proud of.
Thanks for your support. Yea the stress messed up my mind, and weakened my determination. 99% of all my relapses are due to stress and lack of emotional control. I will begin to make this a higher priority.
Day 0/30 I have learned that staying past 3AM and surfing the web on your smartphone while you are in your bed is not a very good idea. Things to consider in the future: 1) Go to sleep before midnight 2) Don’t keep your phone within an arm’s reach
