No, it's not the same thing at all! You still dont get it. You are comparing one person recognizing they have a problematic behavior and trying to change, with another person who says they're totally fine and nothing is wrong. Those are not the same at all.

 

So you think it's a problem that you can't be friends with women because you can't stop yourself from trying to have sex with them? And you would say that if someone can't have a healthy relationship with someone of the opposite sex, then something must be wrong there?

 

And you're trying to fix that problem and get to a healthier place in which you can have healthy friendships with women?

The problem is that's not reality. It is for some people, but not for the average healthy individual. Which is why it's so shocking to see people thinking that's how everybody is. The minute you start to say that's how everybody is and it's in our nature, is the minute you start to dismiss any responsibility to be better than that. Because if that's how everybody is and it's your nature, then how can you change it? You can't. So why would you try? You wouldnt.

But that's not reality. There are plenty of healthy people out there with tons of friends of the opposite sex who aren't having sex. I've had male friends my entire life, and I've only had sex with one person. So... explain that, if this constant humping like bunnies thing you describe is "reality."

Well no, technically neither of you have said those words, but that's the attitude you seem to have. Claude has said that basically any man who has female friends is a pussy with no game and he must secretly want to have sex with her. So... that sounds like an "everybody" statement to me.

And if you have a problem with the word "everybody," change it to "most healthy people" and my point still stands. Most people are not walking around seeing every female as a walking vagina. And even if most people were doing that, its gross and perverted and not healthy, so why would you be okay with being like "most people"? Most people also watch porn, but we've all recognized that that's unhealthy and are actively trying to get rid of that in our lives. So why wouldn't you also be actively trying to get rid of the mindset that women are for sex and that's it?
