Is this concept of writing 3 wins a day based on writing 3 things we are grateful for each day so we have more positive thoughts?

  11. Wins/things you're grateful for so you learn to see the positive in your life.

    Yesterday's wins:

    1. Meditated for 30 minutes.
    2. Had a therapy session.
    3. Didn't go to the gym

Yeah I get that but I noticed on this thread that people are setting real low standards for their wins.Like primary human needs and procrastinating. How is that supposed to help you improve on individual basis

  13. Do whatever you want man. But maybe you should lower your standards.

If you don't like it or if you don't see the positive in this thread you can still create your own. But if you only wait for great, "high standard" things to happen in order to see the positive in your life, you are not on the right course to set yourself for success. Believe me, I spent 30 years of my life striving for perfection and as a result I was never happy.

    Change starts with small things.

How is not going to gym or watching anime a win

Anime one punch man inspired half of the Japan to run and do push ups. It may inspire depending on what you watch. And you may not go to gym to do something more helpful.

  18. Who are you to judge the worthiness of my actions?

You don't know me. You know nothing about me or my circumstances. Get the hell out of this thread if you don't like it, or stop bothering us with your judgments. It's disrespectful.

On a serious note I think we can consider watching something inspiring as a win
Few weeks back I watched bill gates documentary.....and it really inspired me.....till now I am inspired from bill
    So it's a win
