From what you told about yourself (if you are not a troll ofc):
probably accepting and forgiving your father (if it can be done) and accepting your feelings towards him and forgiving yourself for them

 

I am not a psychologist and don't know full image, that's why @Optimum Fortitude suggestion about seeing a specialist is good one (no offense, I think almost everyone should visit them), but do it for yourself firstly, for your own liberation from hatred and resentment

 

Until you do, you'll live in pain. Believe me, my mom has a major issue with her dad and she can't let it go: 55 years and in pain.

This thread won't gone wrong way if when someone asked you "why are you speaking only about females who are damaged etc." you would said just I want to know from my female point of view. STOP. Not saying that porn industry is misogynistic and so on.
MEN AND WOMEN INVOLVED IN PORN INDUSTRY. NOT SOME FORCED WOMEN AND MEN. MEN AND WOMEN ARE DAMAGED BY IT. WE ARE HERE ALTOGETHER AGAINST IT AND I DON'T CARE WHAT IS THE REASON - RELIGIOUS ONE, HEALTH PROBLEMS, PIED, FEMINIST ONE, DOESN'T MATTER MUCH.
