    hey there
I'm new to the community and am here for the same reasons you are - I'm just scared as fuck about it
I have already deleted my pornhub profile and all my saved videos but I'm having a hard time going to my google docs to delete my personal (of me having all kinds of crazy high sex) porn vids
Even though I know they shouldn't even exist in the first place and i should burn all evidence of them immediately, I'm so addicted to rewatching them constantly, edging, then blowing a big load.
I know it's sick (not coz society or whatever says it, but coz I just know this isn't a healthy sex life) but when I go to delete them I panic and stop myself.
I have the BEST husband in the world and our sex life has seriously suffered because of this shady shit I'm doing on the side.
Not to mention my dick is so swollen from power jerking off non-stop for three days that it feels like it may fall off.
    Siiiiigh
Anyway, wish me luck. I'm gonna go explore this site xx

Welcome to NoFap where you are amongst friends who are here to encourage you and sometimes challenge you but not judge you.

The enemy is here to steal, kill and destroy. What are your current strategies for combating the enemy called PMO?

The more you read and learn the easier it gets. Just take it slow and research everything about your brain and why it wants porn. That really helps to know what is going on there and understand that it is chemicals and parts of your brain working against you then you can make them work for you and better yourself. i would suggest reading up on the website "your brain on porn".

Start with a small goal. I have only gone a couple days after joining here and it gets easier to turn away from porn and masturbation slowly one day at a time as you get stronger.

Cheers and good luck to you on your journey!
