    I have an important question to you guys, how do you deal with dreams involving P? Whenever my dreams involve P, i always end up relapsing at end of a day. Even if i dont watch any of P day before.

    Dreams of porn are normal, it means that your brain is restoring, over the last 69 days I've had a few of these and I always thought that I relapsed. I know the feeling of being turned on the next day, however just try to embrace the turned on feeling, don't try to get rid of it. Feel free to send me a message.

    The mistake i often make is when i wake up the urge is so strong to watch porn that i fall to it...

    If I had extreme urges today, typed only the first letter of a p.girls name...but then quit. Did I relapse? I still feel that I have " silent ocean " in my body. The last days have been hard to resist.
