I've read/watched stuffs about men being able to achieve multiple orgasms through dry orgasm. I'm curious but scared of experimenting since I'm on my 11th day no PMO today and if I try this I may relapse cuz I don't think I'll be able to hold my ejaculate. I'm curious if it's dry, where does the semen go or does it come out after a pee. It's said orgasm can damage the nervous system if I'm not wrong since a man can have multiple orgasm does it mean more damage done? It's also said energy is not drained when having dry orgasm cuz the semen is retained compared to ejaculatory orgasm.
