    Hey everyone. Its my first time here and I hope this can help me. Im 17 years old and addicted to fapping. I don't even need porn, sometimes when the internet is to slow I do it without porn, just my imagination or with photos or even cartoon porn. I fap almost every day and sometimes two times per day. I feel realy bad and I think its bringing me problems to my health. I've tried to stop but Hold 2 days is very hard for me. I hope you can Help me Guys.

    Start to think about why are you doing NoFap. Sexual imagination is also an effect of porn visualization. Fapping causes low mental strength, low eye sight, acne, storage of fat, looking every women in a different manner and many more.
